1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Cosmic Mango Design Studio's website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, your access to our digital orbit is restricted.

2. Service Provision

We provide design and development services as described on our website. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are subject to individual Master Service Agreements or Project Charters signed between Cosmic Mango and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all materials produced during a project remain the intellectual property of Cosmic Mango Design Studio until final payment is received in full. Upon full payment, ownership of specific deliverables is transferred to the client, while we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

4. User Obligations

Users and clients must provide accurate information and respect the copyright of all content found on this website. Unauthorized duplication of our "Cosmic" assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action across various jurisdictions.

5. Limit of Liability

Cosmic Mango Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
